Members of “HomeOwner GOLD” The Elite Homebuyers Club attend monthly meetings consisting of informal workshops on topics such as finding the right home, credit repair, lending practices, and home repair. Attendees will receive a free credit report, credit counseling, and tracking so they can improve their credit and increase their opportunity for homeownership. Homes You Can Afford Program
The “Homes You Can Afford Program” rehabs and builds homes to provide permanent, affordable housing opportunities for low-to-moderate income families who are prepared for homeownership. This program is in tandem with our HomeOwnerGOLDProgram, which helps prepare individuals and families to purchase their first home.
