The Peninsula Community Development Corporation (PCDC) was created to address the growing need for affordable housing opportunities in the modern cut-throat real estate market. Since our inception in 1995, we have successfully provided more than 50 housing opportunities for families.

Our Objectives

Our non-profit housing corporation is committed to helping low and moderate-income families achieve their homeownership goals. We offer credit counseling workshops and a variety of programs to help you make informed choices and grab the best deals within your budget. Here is a brief overview of our objectives:

  • Preventive Care and Need-based Repairs for the Preservation of Affordable Housing.
  • Increasing the Local Supply of Safe, Clean, and Affordable Single-family Housing.
  • Providing Low to Moderate-income Residents With Budget-friendly Home Repair Services.
  • Offering No-cost Home Safety Repairs to Eligible Seniors (Low-income, Disabled, and 65/older).
  • Enabling Residents to Age in Place by Keeping Their Properties Up to Code.
  • Partnering in the Restoration and Redevelopment of Aging Neighborhoods.
